Pan Seared Salmon Over Mixed Greens
Ingredients
1 4oz Salmon
2 Cups of Mixed Greens
1/2 Avocado
5 Green Olives (Eyeball the olive oil)
Lemon Juice (Optional)
Directions
1. Season salmon (adobo and garlic powder)
2. Heat oil in frying pan. You want the oil hot but not burning or smoking
3. Place seasoned salmon in frying pan. Sear salmon 4 minutes on each side.
4. Place the mixed greens with avocado and olives
5. Once salmon is done place over mixed greens. Season with lemon.
6. Enjoy
